An NFT collection of 7777, built out of a single photograph. Same cat, same bag, same two eye holes, every single time. Nothing underneath is generated and nothing about it changes — the work will decide what goes on the bag, and the bag is all you ever get to see.
The mechanic
Bags will not be sold in a queue, they will be mined. The work will be open to anyone and checkable by everyone — and half of what the mint takes in is meant to leave as Zcash, to the person who just mined.
No allowlist. Partner epochs. Some epochs open first to partner holders — same puzzle, same price. No reserve. A bag will be earned by work, until the supply is gone.
A valid hash opens the door, the mint price walks through it. One solution, one bag, and the price climbs with every bag taken.
Whatever the mint decides, it will land on the same photograph. The bag is the variable. The cat is not.
StonkPit’s DERP beacon may shuffle which bag you land — entropy someone already hashed. We still weight rarity. If the beacon is quiet, the mint runs without it.
The bag is a look. The 50 % is a real shielded claim — ZEC to that minter, off this chain.

Where the mint price goes
Mining costs work and it costs a mint price that climbs with every bag taken. Half of that price never belongs to the project at all — it leaves as Zcash, shielded, to the person who just mined. Not to the bags already out. A quarter sits in that bag’s wallet as ••••••, posted before mint. The last quarter keeps the lights on. Intent, not a live contract.

Where it stands
The trait system, the weights and the approved renders exist and are being worked on privately. They are not published here, and they will not be until the full set holds up. No mint button, no floor, no countdown until there is something real to point at.
One cat. One bag. Everything else is still work.
The mint date gets announced on X. Nowhere else.
