An NFT collection of 7777, built out of a single photograph. Same cat, same bag, same two eye holes, every single time. Nothing underneath is generated and nothing about it changes — the work will decide what goes on the bag, and the bag is all you ever get to see.
The mechanic
Bags will not be sold in a queue, they will be mined, one block at a time. The work will be open to anyone and checkable by everyone — and 45 % of what the mint takes in is meant to stay in the bag, as Zcash.
No allowlist. Partner block windows. Some windows open first to partner holders — same puzzle, same price. No reserve. A bag will be earned by work, until the supply is gone.
The work is public, like a t-address: every hash checkable by everyone. A valid hash finds the block, the mint price walks through it. The mint price climbs with every block found.
The bag hides the face, not the coins: you see the bag, never what’s under it. Whatever the mint decides lands on the same photograph. The bag is the variable. The cat is not.
StonkPit’s DERP beacon may shuffle which bag you land — entropy someone already hashed. We still weight rarity. If the beacon is quiet, the mint runs without it.

Where the mint price goes
Like a Zcash block reward, the coinbase matures after 101 bags. 7777 = 77 × 101. At sold-out, everything still waiting matures at once. Exit route announced before mint.
Anti-flip mechanism coming. Secondary royalties stay unpublished until the contract exists.

Most collections are a thousand faces and one idea. This one is the other way round.
Where it stands
The trait system, the weights and the approved renders exist and are being worked on privately. They are not published here, and they will not be until the full set holds up. No mint button, no floor, no countdown until there is something real to point at.
One cat. One bag. Everything else is still work.
The mint date gets announced on X. Nowhere else.
